How many days and times of the conference?

The conference is 2 days, June 25th and 26th from 8:00am -6:30 pm 

Our welcome reception will take place June 24th

Our farewell event will take place the evening of June 26th 

What is the attire for the conference?

Since we will be the tropics, we want you to look the part. Please wear the PMUWOC brand colors only . We will email you swatches of the colors for your reference

How much are the tickets?

Tickets are $1550 which is based on double occupancy ( you must be rooming with 1 other paying adult, that adult DOES NOT have to be attending the conference)  

This will cover 1 conference ticket, your all inclusive room for 3 nights/4 days , food and beverages included. Transportation to and from the airport on hotel shuttle. *Please be aware that this does not include airfare, attendees are responsible for their flight to Cancun. There are solo traveler options if needed.

Are tickets refundable?

All fees are non-refundable or transferable, so please ensure that you are able to attend our event before registering. All balances are due by March 1st, 2024. If any payment is received after that, you may loose your room or your room category may not be held. Please take note that we are not responsible for missed flights, adverse weather conditions, or any other uncontrollable circumstances that may interrupt travel plans.

Is there a deposit option , where I can hold my
seat and room ?

Yes, $450 -$650 depending on room type you choose is required to reserve your seat at the conference and room, All information must be provided with purchase

Can I make payment plans?

After making your deposit, you will be sent an invoice for the balance. Each payment will be divided equally and that payment will be due every 15th of the month starting January 15th

 

All balances are due April 1st ,2024. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the payment plan.

Is the Conference
available online?

At this moment will not be streaming online, this is an in-person conference only. 

Will there be live demos?

Yes, there will be a full segment of live demos. You will be able to view top PMU artists doing what they love and showing you every step of the way.

Will I receive a swag bag?

Oh yes ! and they will be filled with goodies from our sponsors and speakers. 

Will these classes be interactive?

Yes , some of our speakers will have workshop presentation. We will be sending you a list of what to bring with you , so that you are able to have a full experience. We wanted the presentations to be interactive 

Will I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to and from Cancun, Mexico. It must not be within 6 months of expiry date. Please visit www.travel.state.gov for all travel international information and questions

Are we able to bring a guest ?

Yes, of course ! We love the fact that you have someone who would want to support you. You can even bring your children ( guests 2-17 years of age are $342 ) You are able to travel with as many guests as your room category will allow. There is a special rate for those who are not attending the conference, you can book that here. Along with all inclusive food and drinks and airport transportation. They are allowed to attend all after conference events with you . 

Am I able to add additional days to my reservation ?
Yes, if you would like to extend your days beyond June 24-27th please just be sure to send us a message AFTER your purchase so we can add any additonal date unto to invoice .
